Is this a costumed ball?
An illustrated costume guide is available on our Pinterest to help you create your outfit. Flamekeepers on our Discord are available to provide any advice you may need.
Yes! Every guest is encouraged to embody a character.
Your outfits can be inspired by history: medieval, Renaissance, First Empire, Second Empire, Belle Époque... but also by fantasy: elegant fantasy, magical steampunk, elven, etc..
Is there a mandatory dress code ?
An immersive dress code is required. Modern clothing will not be accepted.

Is there an age limit ?
Yes. All participants must be at least 18 years old on the day of the event.
A photo ID may be requested at the ball entrance.
Can I come alone ?
Absolutely. Many guests arrive solo and leave with new companions for future adventures.
Welcome moments and guided dances will make it easy to meet others.
What if I have social anxiety ?
Our team is trained to welcome everyone with kindness, and you may wear a badge to signal it to other participants.
A quiet space will be available if you need a break, and all interactions are always based on consent.
Can I attend from abroad ?
Yes, you are welcome from any realm!
The event takes place in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Transport, accommodation, and access details will be provided on our Discord.

Food, Drinks et logistics
Will there be food ?
We strongly recommend taking out the cancellation insurance offered through the Infomaniak ticketing system.
If you cannot attend, the only authorised resale is via our official Tixel platform. You may safely resell your ticket there at the original price to another participant.
Yes. A flying dinner will be served during the evening.
Will there be alcohol ?
Yes, in moderation. A selection of wines, craft beers, and enchanted elixirs will be available for purchase at the tavern.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?
Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by us.

Yes, as long as it does not disturb the immersion of other guests and always with their consent.
